Glass of milk everywhere on forums?

Hi guys.

I think someone or something is exploiting a security hole on the forums, which is manifesting itself by a jpeg image of a glass of milk. It makes forum browsing experience really frustrating.

Hope admins take notice of this. Also, let me know if I can help, I've got some experience with forum software, php, and mysql.
