i read this article on aspirine and how they have found in studies that it can be very easily absorbed and used by PLANTS in many ways humans use it for.
stronger healthier plants, that can fight off disease and parasites it raises their immune defence.
i gonna try alittle in my hydro setup and see, I have a Peach Tree and it suffers from a disease that almost all peach trees suffer unless you use harsh chemicals. the disease causes some leaves to turn RED and bubble like, so i tried giving it aspirin in water on hot days like twice a week, i gave it a total of 5 of these washes and In the first week i noticed the RED leaves dried up and fell off i was Taken back it was soo easy and i watched it happen with my own eyes and within two weeks the tree looked healthier than ever Green.

Very interesting. Let us know how it turns out on your other plants

How much, and how often

The dosage that Martha used was 1.5 [uncoated] aspirins to 2 gallons of water. She also added 2 tablespoons of yucca extract to help the aspirin water stick to the leaves better. (The yucca extract can be substituted with a mild liquid soap.) Martha explained that the yucca (or soap) prevents the aspirin water from beading up and rolling off leaves of broccoli and kale leaves. Finally, she sprayed the plants every 3 weeks.

Martha also sprayed the aspirin water on the seeds they directly sowed in the ground. The result, they discovered was 100 percent seed germination, compared to spotty germination in the other trial beds.

This is awesome.

Amazing find! Totally going to experiment myself and see how it works....specially wit the cheeba^^ Everyone post your experiments and trials!

Willow branches also contain salicylic acid(asprin).
Willow branches are used in water as a rooting hormone(way before Clonex)
I have heard of a gal who used asprin in H2O when taking clones of her cannabis plants, and had great success.

These facts, coupled with what has been posted, leads me to believe it may have positive effects. Please do keep us posted.

There used to be a company which some of you may know. It is one with fancy labeling and names, based in Canada. Anyways they have or had a product containing the aspirin compund, that acid mentioned earlier...

My ferret has used it extensively. Here is her experience, and tips, all on cannabis, so it could very with other plants.
1. Use in high (or label suggested) doses during early flower could induce hermie traits and qualities, this is where a plant produces seeds, but was earlier a full female...sucks.
2. In super low doses in flower, it can build the immune system stronger against pests which like to bite the stem and leaves..
3. It tends to stress the plant a small bit, but this can be used to your advantage, read below.
4. Towards the end of flower cycle, say day 53 on a 60 day indica, one can apply aspirin compound to plant, and thc content can visibly increase, or at least the trichomes tend to explode all over...
5. Aspirin compound in combination with lots of carb, which are different types of sugars, will help thc content, and possibly weight.

The ferret usually flushes well to have super smooth water smoke. She always uses carbs to help bring out the salts in the medium, while helping potency. If she had her fancy bottle of aspirin around still for plants, she would use that the same time during the week of flushing. She didnt like using it in earlier or mid flower though, it scared her a little bit...
