I can be extremely social or I can be extremely anti-social. I tend to stay somewhere in the middle most times. Balance is key, but the point is that both sides of the spectrum are equally important and strength in each is vital. As Allusion mentioned, it's an ebb and flow. I have a brother who is the type of person who would go absolutely insane if he had to spend any amount of time alone. That's not healthy.
Personally, I'd take some of my alone time to trip and explore the question you originally asked us. Maybe your unconscious is trying to convey to you the importance of emotional self-sufficiency and being able to entertain yourself.
As for things to fill your time with... That's inside your head as well...
I spend a lot of time on diet and exercise, going for walks/hikes, spending time with my girlfriend, home repairs and gardening, helping my dad to start a family business, I'm in the process of starting a local time bank for my county, I also spend time researching any random thing that pops into my head, I want to start writing a book soon and I want to start an organization that will unite all religions under the universal banner of psychedelics (back like it used to be).
