well im not shure about the strain, but me and my friend when hunting for them in a local cow pasture and we found quite a few. and i ate them right after that with nothing else, and i stoped when i was full. I felt like i had just eaten a huge meal. Then i felt like throwing up so i smoked out of the bong untill the shrooms kicked in and BAM, the sick feeling was gone. I also think smoking sum bud was a good idea.
