I want to try. I have a small portable greenhouse and am getting a larger one for the yard.
Mold is strange. It seems to thrive in indoor spaces, so we keep the substrate in a sterilized small space. Outdoors... who cares about contams.
I wonder how a few well-colonized cakes would hold up in a smaller greenhouse...with other plants.
I wonder between indoors and outdoors, and between low and high humidity levels, where the mold risk lessens.

Full colonized cake can endure bunch of things. But only full colonized cake! After second or third flush your cake will start to lower it's strength and then high moisture with outside environment will invite molds. But even then your cake can spread one more time nice flush!
