The video footage of what appears to be an extraterrestrial being peeping through the window on an American citizen living in Denver was released yesterday during a news conference organized by the residents of Denver in an effort to convince people that UFO sightings need to be treated much more seriously, and that an "Extraterrestrial Affair Commission" needs to be created in order to analyze the reported alien encounters. Jeff Peckman, the man who organized the petition calling for the establishment of the "Extraterrestrial Affair Commission" hopes to raise 4,000 signatures before initiating a vote regarding this matter. Peckman also believes that there is conclusive evidence throughout the world, showing that our planet is being regularly visited by intelligent extraterrestrial beings."Collectively, it's all very convincing, but that video capped the experience," Peckman said about the video which was allegedly shot in 2003 by a man called Stan Romanek from Colorado, who claims that he had more than 100 alien contacts, including alien abductions. The grainy video shows someone or something approaching the windows of Romanek's house, apparently to get a better view of the interior.Romanek, who did not attend the news conference yesterday, reported that he shot the video because he felt as someone was looking into his house. Although the video was not made public, due to the fact that it may be later used in a documentary, some portions of it can be viewed on different websites on the Internet."We'd like to have more people look at it in the future," said Peckman."There have been, I think, 150 or 250 UFO reports just in the last few years within Denver as well. But Denver, after all, is closer to outer space than most other major cities - we're the Mile High City - so it's a natural first stop for them," said Peckman while asked why he was attending the "Extraterrestrial Affair Commission" initiative.

So where's the video? It seems that Romanek guy is saving it for a documentary perhaps.. I checked youtube but there are lots of silly fakes...

I used to to seriously consider all these guys when I was like 15, I watched the shows and all that; even remember this guy that had a bracelet that supposedly allowed the wearer to teletransport or something... the catch: it had a really big nasty needle that had to pierce your arm to wear it..

but conclusive evidence has yet to be shown..... if someone reading this has some, please enlighten me.

hahahahahhhhh! a friend of mine claims to have been abducted by aliens as a child. he doesnt normally make stuf up but im skeptical. my diving instructor Dick Raynor who took some famous film of the loch ness monster(he never claimed thats what it was) was the technical advisor of the first sonar scan of loch ness. the scientist whos name i forget in charge claimed to have seen the roswell aliens. im doubly skeptical but why would someone make something like that up? i had this same conversation with elvis just the other day..as for -vatican says aliens could exist- well, it must be true. personaly i think its faeries. the faeries were abducting people before we invented aliens

In the old testament there is a passage where they talk about people living on other planets . I think its in Hiob . I will try to find it and post it . I`m not sure if they were talking about "have you seen all the stars as you walk down holywood bulavard" though......

that guy Peckman seems to be making a big fuss so his documentary sells... extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, where IS this evidence, all they got is grainy videos. With the video manipulation tech of today people can't assume authenticity just like that, CGI can be tricky.

An instructor at the Colorado Film School in Denver scrutinized the video ‘‘very carefully’’ and determined it was authentic, Peckman said.

who is this instructor? they don't even mention his name. What the hell is "very carefully’’? what software was used if any?

I would like to believe, it's cool if aliens are checking us out but those guys aren't convincing...

Does anyone remembers this video of a family that got green dudes in their backyard and the lights went off and some guy went out with a shotgun to see? there's was a little girl that acted strange and I remember her playing piano. After a while people start getting sick and at the climax an alien breaches the upper floor. It tried to appear as real in a Blair Witch kind of way but this video is older than that movie. It was well done. Much better than Signs.

Its got to be pure BOLLOCKS . If it were true the military would have taken a look and the press would be massing in front of his house . + the person could copyright it and sell it for millions and still make his video .

I saw the proof on film that spock was raised from the dead and that the daleks didnt get exterminated in the war with the time lords .
