I stumbled across this post and wanted to sort this out. Firstly, sorry your friend has been having difficulties with our website. There was a period of a couple of days where our site was off and on. We'd emailed everyone to let them know, did your friend check to make sure this email wasn't flagged as spam?

Regarding the product that never arrived - Please have him email me at wphelp .. at .. nodoze.net to arrange for a full refund or any alternative resolution.

Thanks, John. I'll sort everything out with him. He said he didn't recieve an email about the site being down. I'll edit my previous post. Thanks for helping out.
