this i would assume would be crazy dangerous but i was wondering if any one has tried this otc combo

Yeah its not recommended... the DXM numbs you and the dramamine can cause extreme dry throat, both combined can be deadly by respiratory arrest or choking on thickened saliva, please avoid.

Besides, dramamine is not fun, it makes you feel nauseous (ironic I know) and heavy... eww.

dimenhydrinate is said to calm the stomach and reduce nausea + plus believed by some to greatly enhance the hallucinations from DXM
I am planing to try out a large dose of diphenhydramine with a small to medium dose of DXM and about 500-600mg. of dimenhydrinate which I consider to be quite a small dose as I never take less then 1000mg. of dimenhydrinate for recreational purposes
of course that at this dose one would most probably feel drowsiness so I suggest using a stimulant like coffee or ephedrine
I also heard of a guy which toke Ritalin with DXM and diphenhydramine  he said that he saw dozens of aliens walking in his house and back yard for two days straight o_O some really crazy shit
I also recommend using orange juice to help metabolize the DXM by your liver into DXO some lemon juice to help with the nausea if the Dramamine fails
and I also heard by one person that milk thistle might make you feel higher when tripping on anything (milk thistle by itself is not psychoactive) and I dunno if that's true to began with but then again - what do I have to lose?
too bad that I am one of those people who are very nonsensitive to hallucinations and have to use very large doses to achieve them :( this is totally unfair if you consider how much I am into them

a bad idea... You cannot simply retaliate against the drowsyness with stimulants without seriously damaging your heart and thyroid balance, learn your biochemistry.

If you really must, fight the drowsyness like a man... I dare you to take care of yourself.

I'm really surprised how people are combining OTC's to combat their side-effects. Folks take a particular drug that makes them "trip", but then they have to take all kinds of other substances against the diarrhea, nausea, drowsiness, rash etc.

Milk Thistle is a wonderful plant. It protects, purifies and repairs the liver. It's best taken after the use of toxic drugs. Milk Thistle is so powerful, it's even an antidote for poisoning by the Death Cap (Amanita phalloides).

Better skip the toxic drugs though, and use the Milk Thistle for its high content of antioxidants and to keep your liver in good shape.
