Thank you both for the feedback. My hamster did 90 grams. First he boiled it for 8 hours on low to where the water barely simmered. Then he let it sit over night on the stove. Next day he boiled it another 5 hours and then did the first wash by straining through a Tshirt. He gathered the pulp and boiled for another 3 hours and repeated. He also boiled down the liquid that was strained. At the end he did a total of about 17 hours of boil time and 3 washes.
During those hours, he spent about a total of 9 hours constantly chanting a personal positive affirmation and sending of love to the contents in the pots. The trip results were amazing and very healing which is what my hamster wanted in the first place, due to many years of depression and current stressors in his life.
My pet hamster has only had experience with psilocybin mushrooms 3 or 4 times and with san pedro and peruvian torch. The cacti are very healing and he recommends any psychonauts curious about trying mescaline cacti to go for it.
One thing I'd like to mention is that my pet hamster did not taste any bitterness any longer on the last trip. He swallowed the first swallow which is always the worst, and then in his mind blocked out any taste. Surprisingly the rest went down easy and even after rinsing his mouth with water and drinking lemon juice down he was ok. Usually it takes him a good 45 minutes to chug a cup full, plus he has to smoke a good bowl of MJ to deal with the bitterness.
Hope this helps any future psychonauts and thanks for feedback.
