JSTOR is great if you are lucky enough to have access to it

do a websearch on the author and title and pdf and you usually find a few downloadable copies if it is a well known book.

emule has a lot of pdfs as well.

I am really bad in reading long texts off the screen. If I am not really having a perfect day, even long posts in the forum are impossible to concentrate on.
