one good home test for LSD is a blacklight.
it luminesces faintly. don't shine the blacklight on a bunch for long though because it is degrading the lsd.
i have read that if you drop a small piece of paper soaked in lsd into distilled water, then the water will glow under blacklight. you could compare one sample of water with no paper in it, with one sample of water with paper in it. don't use tap water though.
if it glows like lsd, tastes like lsd (a sort of electric tingle on your tongue), and gets you high like lsd, it probably is lsd. unless it is ethyl-lad or ald or something? all of those are worth eating though. they're all "acid."
i suppose you could do TLC for better identification, but i don't have the info.
