Cubensi growing in the US

I noticed that the Azarius website doesnt send the grow kits to the us...

but I hear that it isn't illegal to own the spores of cubensis so would it be illegal to order them?? If not anyone know a place that sells the spores/grow kit and does ship to the US or is already in the US?????

Spores are not illegal in most states of the US.

Go to www.fsre.org to order a spore print for only $2. That's right dude, only $2..Eric is an awesome man and just wants the great mushroom to be spread around the world.

We only send the spore prints to the US. The syringes and growboxes are not legal to ship to the US.

Even the growkits are legal here in the US.

The problem is; Unless you have a signifiant reason to order a magic mushroom kit the government will assume you are growing with the intent to sell.

It makes it real hard for these guys to get the kits past customs because they are over seas. /forum/images/graemlins/thud222.gif
