I am, unfortunately, cursed with a very weak stomach.
Coming-up on anything at all usually includes me vomiting, its never an unpleasant experience. I know its coming and deal with it in a relaxed manner, but i really do tire of it.
Does anyone know of anything easily obtainable that will help to ease this nausea, i was thinking car-sickness tablets, though i fear they might have ill-effects?

Honestly the best way to avoid vomiting is to not eat anything. It sounds basic, but you can't throw up, what you don't have. The other thing is, and this is personal, keeping hydrating helps me significantly. A natural source would be ginger, a synthetic would be dramamine. Good luck. Also, space your doses, and the sickness should be somewhat more tolerable.

Never tried it: but some people say small doses of marijuana can ease naseau...

For me: I don't do psychadelics usually because of the naseau... haha, the naseau just brings back too many negative feelings, tends to set me up to fail

I had heard that marijuana can help, but it always seems to mute the effects for me. I have low tolerance and can only really get hold of needlessly high THC concentrations
I will try fasting next time i get something in, and i assume you mean ginger tea? Can't really see anyone just chomping down on a root

But thanks, good advice :)

Most psychedelics beside LSD carry nausea. Sometimes people are able to acclimate to the nausea through slowly increased doses. Pepto-bismol is a godsend, and cannabis is also fairly helpful in small doses (although it can cloud the psychedelic experience).

Try laying down too. If you are not active and just lay down and focus on something, like tv or music and lose yourself, you can avoid thinking about the nausea.

I don't know how bad it is for you, but if you can last long enough, it won't matter if you puke. I know it is still a horrible feeling, but at least you trip.
