haha, well after watching this, i've decided to start hand-balancing, but i really can only scratch the surface of some of the things that he does. however, i'm going to post a video soon of me on a yoga ball, people tell me that i learned it really quickly. it will be fun for me to have something for me to mark my progress as well. ill definitely share once it's filmed.
