If you could fly back in time, what would be the concert of your choice? It can be one you’ve already visited, or unfortunately missed.

My choice defiitely would be the Monterey Pop Festival '67 and in particular Jimi Hendrix’s gig. This was his breakthrough in the States with his famous guitar sacrifice.

If the tickets are sold out  , I might visit this one: Jimi Hendrix - Maui (Hawaii)'70

What’s your choice?

Right now I would like to see Ozric Tentacles play. Them or Tool.

Too bad I was born after the 70's, so if I could have, I would've wanted to see Hawkwind play or Grateful Dead. King Crimson would be a must see.

The Beatles in Hamburg before they got big.

So many concerts that I wish I could see, and many witch I wasn't even born.

Though, one of them witch I think it would be great to see Pink Floyd live at Pompeii

easy... woodstock. all three days of it.

Ozric Tentacles, Hawkwind, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Grateful Dead, the Beatles, Genesis... I can't choose!

But I guess if I could, I would loved to have been dosed & dancing to the tunes of the Grateful Dead at a Kool-Aid Acid Test. Furthur!

Definitely Elliot Smith
Only discovered him after his death, but man, what a style the guy has
Or Jeff Buckley

And a little bit longer back: Chopin
and Robert Schumann before he fucked up his right hand

any of the early dead kennedys gigs

Maybe a GG Allin Gig
Maybe !!!!!
And stand in the back.

far in the back.

i would have liked to see mr. bungle live

Running around naked, playing with his own feces (hope it's chocolate mousse, but this guy seems to be hardcore so it might be the real shit), climbing on things, throwing dirt and objects at fans, punching one knock-out, grabbing women... this guy is in all respects an alpha male...monkey. Well, I'm quite sure there aren't any monkeys as retarded as this guy. Funny his real name was Jesus Christ Allin... Oh, I see he died two years later from a heroin overdose. Good riddance.

OK, so four days ago John McBain, the guitarist of my favorite spacerock band Monster Magnet, uploaded some very early shows, with good sound quality. They used to call their genre drug rock. Now that I see the amazing psychedelic lightshow on my tiny YouTube screen, I definitely wish I had been there!! The visuals, the vibes and the sound effects must have been amazing. The show was recorded at Wetlands, NYC, in 1992.

part 1: Murder & Snake Dance
part 2: Medicine
part 3: Nod Scene (by the Resin Scrapers
part 4: Pill Shovel & Tractor
part 5: Evil & Freakshop USA
part 6: Black Mastermind

This show from a year before that would have been nice too:
Tab

The typical one: Woodstock :p
