Cannabis knocking me out? :O

Hello forum dwellers, I wanted a little help with this because it feels abnormal to me.

I stopped smoking about a month and a half ago for jobs, but started (with some fairly high-grade purple strand) just three days ago. I know from years of experience that Cannabis will mess with your sleep patterns; but i'm not used to this.

I've been getting plenty of sleep lately, but the last two days i've had strong fatigue (out of no where really). It seems to happen a considerable amount of hours after smoking, so i'm not sure that it's causing it, but it's my best guess. I also absolutely never take naps during the day so this is out of place.

So is this the crazy "knock-you-out" Marijuana, or has my recent abstinence from THC rendered me at it's mercy? :shock:

Both. It also depends how high you're getting - are you getting an awesome high where you feel like you want to do things, be productive?

Or are you just getting stoned?

If the first is correct, this is basically a sugar high, your abistanence + potency + energetics are making you crash.

The latter would be just potency + abstinence. Sounds like good weed to me.
 
Interestingly enough, i've also (mostly) abstained from caffeine (and sugar for that matter) these last two weeks. Like barely having enough each day so I can ween off it, had a red bull tonight though, lol. So it's all the plant, or maybe it's the lack of other things in combination with that.

The high from this strand is feels a lot more like a "stoning",draining, contemplative one. Less so then an energetic .
 
Different strains of hydroponically grown marijuana can have varying effects, maybe you were sold some indica, which generally can give you a more relaxed "tired" feeling, or maybe you changed your diet?
 
eat a nutritious meal before smoking
then your body has things to run off


buy some flintstones vitamins
 
That's completely normal, dude.

Take a multivitamin daily though. Say about 3 hours before you smoke.

Also eat a good meal (preferable with lots of fiber in it) an hour before you smoke.

Vitamin B6 is also good for sleep and such.
 
Keep away from vitamin suplaments you dont need them , they dont help and they are very expensive . They can also cause you problems .

Cannabis doesnt knock people out abuseing it does .
 
Don't smoke in the morning. Try smoking less frequent but higher doses.

I don't see any solutions in eating a meal before smoking. It makes me even more tired.

As usual your persistent trolling and extremely high post count still yields no valid or useful information.

Having had a decent meal in the day would certainly help my body not ware itself out. As for the multivitamin I think that's a really good idea too, I likely lack several necessary vitamins in my diet. As for "god" of course you don't NEED them you moron, you don't NEED anything except H20, calories, and some percentage of oxygen. They will help though, maybe not supervitamins which could be too much for your body, but lighter ones will make your body overall feel better. As will a healthy diet...maybe someday I'll get to that point lol

Anyway it's been a month since I smoked so i'll post if this happens again soon, I doubt it though.
 
remember to get real vitamins and not the crappy supplements

if you can buy enough food groups to keep yourself nourished then go with that but if your on a low budget then its an option
another one is garden

if you cant afford vegetables then grow them.

I didn't say 'Megavitamin', I said multi. You can take just plain C, which I would recommend, or you can simply drink OJ. There are more vitamins in natural fruits, but do what you like.

I'd suggest to not smoke in the morning. Some strains wear you out, others lift you up. WW, for instance makes me very tired, KB, on the other hand picks me up.

Switch up your diet and how often you smoke. You could also be undergoing chemical depression from too much dopamine being released. Take it easy.

In most cases, vitamin and other supplements won't do anything for you, except if you are really lacking a lot, then you have a "deficiency" which is pretty rare unless you are completely avoiding a certain type of foods (ie: Vegetables)

There's been a lot of controversy on this subject, some say they are helpful, some say they aren't, and you can find studies proving both positive and negative aspects of vitamin supplements.

On the other hand, everyone will tell you that the best thing you can do is eat more vegetables and fruits.

Bottom line, as long as you have an acceptable, varied diet ("variety" doesn't apply to junk food :)) you don't need any supplements.

In any case, feel free to take some if you want..they aren't harmful if you stick to the recommended quantities.

maybe it just works for me. :)
I meant even when sober, a decent meal tires me for about half an hour.

If someone eats half way sensible they dont neeed vitamin suplamenmts . Multi vitamin suplaments cause vitamin imbalances because an individual needs , IF he needs , an individual amount of each vitamin . If one takes a look at modern studys from scientists they say that vitamin suplaments are useless and just make your piss and shit very expensive .

The answer is dont abuse yourself and dont abuse drugs .
