I placed and paid an order over ten days ago with Cactus plaza. Since they advertise on psychonaut, I figured they are trustworthy.

Are they? Does anybody have experience with this company? Should I be alarmed if mails don't get answered fast?

I orderd multiple times @ cactusplaza and yes they are a reliable source, but shipping always takes some time.

I also order about 4 or 5 times, sometimes the guy is a bit slow on mailing items but its usually because a good reason, for example, he waited a few weeks on my last order because there was a lot of frost and he was afraid the cacti would freeze. he always responds to mails I've sent him btw.

Hello all !

(sorry for my english) .

I have a very bad experience with cactus plaza , more 2 month ago i have bought 2 cactus and other stuff .
After 1 month , nothing at home , i ask them , they said "Your order was shipped back to us" unknown adress !!
No error in my adress ...
They ask me to repay 15€ for ship again , i do it .

1 month later , the same thing !! back to seller !!
Plants death ...

I don't think it's their fault but I am very desapointed .
The aloe very was for my girlfriend (birthday gif) and san pedro for a first experience .

I don't know what's happenned but no problem with my orders on azarius and mush e-smart in netherland ...

Conclusion : 41€ + 20€ (shipping) + 15€ (shipping too) => Lost
I will ask them the 41€ .

Just wanted to update the thread for the year due to certain hurtles inhibiting herbal sales of certain specialties around the world. I ordered from Cactus Plaza two weeks ago paying through paypal and received a tracking number for the first time today regarding shipment. I will check in with product quality and shipment-time later.

Just arrived - It took 13 business days and is in good form/quality. Confirmed as a good business for 2013.

Maybe i'm paranoids but i ordered from CP some days ago and looking in "my order" box the site say "you have placed no order".
Now... maybe is a normal thing but i haven't also recived the tracking mail.
Someone can say me if is a normal thing or i should recive a mail or something in the "my order" box

For two weeks ago I ordered one kilo of Magic truffles (Psilocybe tampanensis) for €150,-

I got a notice of receiving my payment and they shipped my order with track-trace
(makes you see your order journey to you) and it arrived a few days later.
