There's no commerce or vending allowed at Burning Man. So don't go for that reason There are many others, of course.

Well it's good to know in advance that vending won't work. Would not want to see you going all that way with your vending stuff and find out it's not going to be allowed.

I went for 11 years before retiring from it. I can tell you it's quite an experience. Hope you make it

I am hoping to go with a few friends next year. I don't see how we could do it without making it a road trip, to bring all the necesary supplies...problem is we live in south Jersey. Approximately 2,800 miles away :shock:

We'll figure something out. Only potential problem I see is geting 2 weeks off work.

first time i did it in '99 was by car from boston. it's a long trip, but fun if you've not seen the country. and a really good feeling then you get there

One of my friends mentioned the idea of an RV rental, I'm not sure how expensive that is, maybe later when we have more people going.

I'm DYING to get there for BM 2011, but unless something changes it will overlap with the start of the school year for me
