Hello all, I'm Mimis. Forgive me if sometimes it takes me a few to notice you replying to me; the handle's fairly new for me.
Anyway, I'm a 22 year old who's had some rather strange beliefs since I can remember. I discovered there was a name for the "method to my madness," aka psychonautics, about 3 years ago.
I'm going out on a limb here and trying something different, since I just wandered upon the page a few hours ago and decided to join fresh, compared to the usual lurking I've done before joining any other forums I frequent.
I'm here, however, simply to seek like minds: most of my social group really doesn't get how I conduct my self-experimentation, or why it's so important for me to look up any substance and get a more academic feel for effects before ever considering a test use.
Additionally, I hope to learn more about stuff in a chemical sense. I thought I'd been fancy because I could explain things like serotonin inhibition, but having gone on an idea binge lately and checking out all sorts of other places, I've realized that's chump change, so to speak.
Anything I learn, basically, is something to be gained. Knowledge is power and all that fancy jazz.
I look forward to not trying to look like a n00b. XP
