Amanita Muscaria (Fly Agaric) Extract ?

Hi everybody,

I'm about to embark on my first psychedelic adventure (growing Psilocybe Cubensis), and while waiting for the syringe to come in and the supplies to be gathered, I thought I would try ordering some Amanita Muscaria online.

I browsed a few online stores -- bouncingbearbotanicals.com, iamshaman.com, psychoactiveherbs.com -- and found something that looked like it might be a good deal: muscaria extract.

Iamshaman.com offers 3 grams of 10x extract for $24.94 (including shipping), and psychoactiveherbs.com offers 5 grams of 25x extract for $65 (including shipping).

I don't know much about extracts, but I assumed 5 grams of 25x extract would the the equivelent of 125 grams of regular stuff. If you looked at the product on psychoactiveherbs.com as 125 grams for comparison sake, that would come out to $4/oz.

Most amanita muscaria is going online for around $20-$30 an oz. So am I missing something? Are extracts not as good as the real thing?

I second that and would like to add that it would be better to stay away from amanita all together. In any case, the experience has nothing to do at all with the experience you get from psilocybin mushrooms. I've not found a lot of good experiences on amanita either.

You realize that to really experience amanita you have to eat it, then piss and then drink your own piss? This is no joke and for me requires a lot more courage than smoking DMT

For your first psychedelic experience I wholeheartly advise taking psilocybin. You will not be disappointed which cannot be said with amanita.

Still, its your choice so do you thing

Wow, I just realized this wouldn't be my first "psychedelic experience," as I did Salvia a few months ago. I don't know what I was thinking. I also did some DMX a couple weeks ago, though I wouldn't call that a psychedelic experience.

Anyways, does anyone know about these extracts, or extracts in general? Don't be afraid to answer the question, I promise I'll wait until after I try psilocybe that I try the amanitas. :wink:

...And contrary to some posts on here, I've read a lot of good reports on amanitas (when prepared and consumed correctly). Many people swear by them and even say they are better than psilocybin (which I doubt I'll agree with when all is said and done).

It is not important which psydelic will you take.On this forum everybody suggest that you should take Psilocibe family shrooms but why if you are inexpirienced voyager you need first XP psilocin/cibin. Also gram of potent HASH diluted in chocolate milk with some oil will give you hard trip but not so visual, and you have also try Salvia.-the ultimate psydelic plant.I know that you live in States and psiloschroom is illegal but amanita is not.Try Amanita extract, potency harder that is better.And I would also took it if I was in yours country with FDA inspectors. Try before it become illegal such is efedrin in my country before 3 years. 8)
