A discovery

hey guys
a few days ago I made a discovery about the visual effects op mushrooms taking its effects on a person
this was the first time that I saw a friend tripping on shrooms..(usually I trip with them)
but anyways... at some point in his trip... after about an hour 1 of ingestion
he was looking at his hands..
now this is something u can see from when the effects are starting to work..
but I always thought that these were hallucinations...
u see like these wierd spots on your hand crawling around
not the fact is... that these spots are real.... no hallucination
cause they were on my friends hands.. and I was completely sober
I found this really really wierd.. since I never heard of this being something real
and I never heard or read anything about psylocin in the body that visualizes itself onto the hands...
I know for example from self experience that when i`m ill I get weird spots on my hands also... its a strange flue which always comes back
and it only shows itself on the hands...
it looks like the hands are really sensitive to the active ingredient of mushrooms
also explain why the hands often sweat much
I guess this is allready a fact what I just discovered
if u allready knew this please tell me where u got it from cause i`d like to know more about why it shows on the hands and if it has any bad sides or so
it just totally amazed me that it was real and not a hallucination hehe

Don't you think it's some sort of connection between the two of you?
My experience is that our skin is actually very thin and you are able to see through it. Just like looking through a window at night, when you focus right it is possible to see through the reflection. You have to have some sort of memory/prediction of what to see, to see right.
Because you have seen this recently, during mushroom trip, the experience of your friend can influence your focus of sight. You are able to see things you, in a daily life, don't want or need to see.
My thoughts are that it is only something that is happening all the time but you don't 'focus' enough.

yes I will do that for sure..
its true that I got this trippy feeling also just by being with him
andthat I sometimes did weird stuff like forgetting thingsthat I just did and so on
but I was sober and the other sober person that was with us also
but he saw it also
could also be a connection
but I dunno... it really looks like its real
but I will investigate some more

Weird, my hands usually become more like magical instruments and I love to make signs with my fingers and wave them around. Just the opposite of monkey hands. And no, I don't have monkey hands in real life (my palms are pretty large but my fingers are long&slim)

But to get on-topic: can't it just have been some sweaty hands and unusual lighting?! Not unlikely in trip-settings.
A few days I was stunned at my Chinese-food looking strangly green. Tho I just got it from the take-away restaurant,still warm, so it had to be fresh. After looking at it in awe.. I started looking around. Then I noticed the sun shined throug a bottle of Sprite (which is green) on my Bami-dish

Hahaha, I know the situation. Optical illusions are so cool, especially the ones where it's so obvious but you just don't see it
