6 Hits of LSD regret

SWIM recently took 6 hits of acid.
SWIM tripped for 28 hours.
SWIM lost their mind because the specific acid was made by a professional chemist family who uses Albert Hoffman's direct formula, and the specific blotters were estimated to hold somewhere between 90-120 µg each. This means SWIM's dose was pretty heavy.

It sounds like you know your source extremely well, But are you sure becuase you know the chemists directly or is this what your friend told you?

With regards to your lack of enthusiasm, Maybe you have much to digest from your last experience?

Why do you feel like you have lost your mind?

It is my understanding that we cannot truelly appreciate that which we have untill we have lost it and then you really must ask yourself, What have I lost really? We stand to find alot more in the state of loss

28 hours sounds a bit off...I have taken my fair share of LSD. enough that I don't care to ever have it ever again. taking 6 hits all at once results in a more intence trip and a very slight increase in duration. If you were truely tripping for 28 hours you were most likely not sold LSD. DOXs are much longer lived than LSD and much harder on the body. I would expect you got some typw of DOx compound if the duration was longer than 8-10 hrs.

DOXs in large doses can be very dangerous because of the high levels of vasoconstriction that they cause. people have had to have limbs removed because of DOX overdoses. DOXs take particulary longer on the come up than LSD. LSD normally kicks in 15-30 minute after you take it while DOXs can take 30 minutes to an hour to take effect.

that sounds very reasonable, because it did take a little longer to hit me(swim...fuck it by now it ain't a secret). the reason i took 6 was because I assumed the specific hits were just a lower dosage then what I was used to.

Your facts about DOX's seem solid but I have never heard of them. I did a little research and on Erowid something called doc came up and I'm curious as to if this is the same thing as you speak of.

The friend who I got the acid/"DOX" from is very reliable, and I've had trips off the same sheet and they seemed like normal acid to me.

Also the number about 28 hours was not peak, fuck no, it was easily noticed visual effects such as strong tracers and a more colorful word. I know it was more colorful because I am normally colorblind, very badly in fact (red-green colorblindness) and I was able to notice different colors in a world that was very familiar to me and I had been in sober many times.

Something that I didn't mention in the original post was that I candy flipped twice, because I was in a situation that I hadn't expected to be in, involving family (I know stupid move on my part there), and it was the easier way for me to stay connected to earth because of the increased socialness from the e. Could that have increased the duration in any way? The pills were good quality, white pumas made close to home and I have had good experiences with them in the past, including the double candy-flip.

You need time to recover from it. Sounds like you had a restless, paranoid trip. Remember that your sensitivity to things is greatly enhanced under the influence of acid. I would wait a couple of months before even thinking of taking lsd. Remember, this is powerful medicine not to be toyed with.
