How many morning glory seeds should i throw in, to feel something? I dont wanna go on a trip, i just want some effects, cause its my first time. And, what about Kratom? How many grams do i need for a tea?

morning glory's about 50 seeds I think, than you wont trip, but its a nice buzz. I think the people who say 10 seed have baby hawaian woodrose. and kratom i've ussed once and had no real efect with 6 grams of the stuf.....
